24 y old woman with acute confusion

Patient had acute amnesia and confusion. MRI showed non-specific white matter disease over the left more than right frontal. Diffusion weighted images is normal. EEG showed bitemporal theta slowing but no clear epileptiform discharges. No metabloic or infectious etiology was found
